HISTORY OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGICAL EXPERT RESEARCH AND THEIR PLACE IN FORENSIC EXPERTISE

Abstract

Literature data from ship-expert investigations have been analyzed. It has been established that many scientists today have identified a crisis in the theory of shipboard examination and have concluded that addressing this crisis will require independent scientific and practical work for reliable theoretical support factual data on the historical development of forensic ship-psychological expert activity. A framework has been constructed to further understand the principles of history in the process of investigating and clarifying the historical development of ship-psychological expert investigations. To strengthen the stages of development of ship-psychological expert investigations, we have followed the current principles: the principle of historicism, which supports the consideration of all historical facts, manifestations and similarities to specific historical ones furnishings, in their interconnection and interdependence; the principle of objectivity, which encourages the one who writes history, to focus only on real facts, without distorting them and not precipitating the later creation of schemes and reforms; the principle of the social approach, which conveys a view of historical processes with the protection of social interests of various pro-populations, the forms of which are manifested in marriage, including in economical political spheres, in areas of social behavior and tradition; the principle of alternativeness, which indicates the level of plausibility of this process and other ideas, manifestations, to the process on the basis of the analysis of objective reality and possibilities. First, the stage of historical development of ship-psychological expert research has been strengthened to give uniformity to the scientific interpretation of the historical stages of their development, which are based on tired, classical developments. It is concluded that at the stage of history, the development of ship-psychological expert investigations as material for investigations and the development of wines will be more likely to be integrated into the capture of those who rely on food. for future professional activities and scientists.
